We provide modern, reliable vending machines that are professionally maintained and regularly stocked by         dedicated route specialists who work around your schedule. Delivery, installation, service, and vending equipment are always provided at ZERO cost to your location. We are fully licensed and insured, with no binding contracts or long-term obligations.

Our service is completely free to your business while adding convenience and value to your property. Vending amenities help keep employees and guests on-site, encourage shorter breaks, provide affordable snacks and     beverages to maintain productivity throughout the day. Q - Is there a contract that I have to sign?

A - No contracts are required.

 

Q - Will the machine fit in my space?

A - We will visit your facility to measure the space and discuss placement options in person. If you prefer, you can also email us photos of your proposed location and we can provide computer-generated renderings within 24 hours to help you better visualize the setup.

 

Q - Can I have a custom design instead of the traditional black machines?

A - Absolutely. We can customize the exterior wrap of the machine to match your preferences. Whether you want company logos, mascots, colors, or a unique theme, our graphic designer will create mock-ups for your approval.

 

Q - Do these machines accept credit cards?

A - Yes. All of our machines accept credit card payments. Our Smart Coolers are credit-card only and do not accept cash transactions.

 

Q - How frequently are the machines stocked?

A - Restocking frequency depends on usage and demand. Some machines may need service every other day, while others may only require monthly visits. Many of our smart machines provide daily inventory reporting, and we also perform routine spot checks. After a few service cycles, we are usually able to fine-tune inventory levels to match your location’s needs.

 

Q - Can we choose which products go into the machine?

A - Absolutely. We typically begin with proven popular selections or tailor the product mix to fit your business and customers. From there, we can add, remove, or replace items based on your preferences and feedback.

 

Q - Can I earn revenue from having a machine in my building?

A - Yes. Revenue sharing is available, although most clients prioritize reliable service, consistent stocking, and customer satisfaction over the small monthly commission. Revenue share is generally calculated as a percentage of monthly net sales. In many cases, referrals to sister locations or additional placements help make these arrangements more beneficial for both parties. For single-location accounts focused heavily on commission, product pricing may need to be adjusted slightly to offset the additional payout.

 

Q - Who pays for electricity and Wi-Fi?

A - The location provides electricity for the machines, but our newer models are highly energy efficient and typically do not create a noticeable increase in utility costs. We usually connect to your existing Wi-Fi network for payment processing. If Wi-Fi is unavailable, we can provide our own wireless connection through a dedicated cellular antenna.

 

Q - Are you insured?

A - Yes. We are fully licensed and insured. While we have never needed to file a claim, we carry coverage for any incidental issues that could potentially occur.
